Anthony Richards spent years as an architectural engineer working alongside general contractors in New England before building Esti-go. He was tired of losing evenings to spreadsheets, overpaying for bloated estimating suites, and watching qualified leads walk away because the proposal took too long. He built Esti-go to solve the specific problem of fast, credible budgetary estimates — not to become another construction management platform no one asked for.

He built every codebase from scratch — estimating engine, web app — and shipped them end to end, along with the development environments, CI/CD pipelines, and deployments that let the team build, test, and release without friction. He defines the engineering standards and workflows used across the company, working directly with the founder to turn business needs into shipped software.
